Who we are
This website, fpmotorsports.com, is operated under the name FP Motorsports (“FP Motorsports”, “we”, “us”) by Fast Pace Company for the Management and Operation of Sports Facilities and the Provision of All Necessary Services W.L.L., at Kuwait Motor Town, Kuwait. Company details are in section 14.
By using this website or sending us a request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or send a request.
What we offer
FP Motorsports offers motorsport coaching and track time at Kuwait Motor Town: the FP Academy (structured coaching programmes), track time for your own kart, Rotax kart rental, individual coaching sessions, and memberships with track access and secure storage.
The disciplines and options you can request online are shown on this website. Anything marked “Coming soon” cannot be booked yet. Session length, number of sessions, age and equipment requirements and prices are shown on the relevant page and in your confirmation e-mail.
We do not ship goods. Our services are delivered in person at Kuwait Motor Town on the date we confirm, and we send your booking confirmation by e-mail.
Requests and bookings
- The forms on this website send us a request. A request is not a confirmed booking.
- A booking is confirmed only when our team approves your request and tells you by e-mail or phone.
- Some activities can only be requested for certain days. The booking page shows which.
- We may decline, change or reschedule a request, for example because of availability, safety, weather or equipment. If we decline a request, you owe nothing.
- Please give accurate information. We may cancel a booking made with wrong or incomplete details, such as an incorrect age, weight or height.
- A participant under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars (KD).
- The price shown when we confirm your booking is the price you pay. We may change prices for future bookings.
- Sending a request on this website does not take payment. After your request is approved, we tell you how to pay: at the venue by KNET, or online through a secure payment link that we send you, normally by e-mail.
- Online payments are processed by Tap Payments (KNET and major cards) and are charged in Kuwaiti dinars (KD). The cardholder must be 18 or over. FP Motorsports never sees or stores your full card number or KNET PIN; we receive only the payment status, amount and reference.
- A payment link is valid until the deadline shown in the e-mail and on the payment page. Your time slot is held only until the link expires. If the link expires, the slot is released and, if it is still free, we can send you a new link.
- If a payment fails, your booking stays unpaid and you can try again while the link is valid. If you think you were charged incorrectly, e-mail booking@fpmotorsports.com and we will look into it and refund anything that was charged in error.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel or change a booking and when you get a refund. It is part of these terms.
Safety and eligibility
- Motorsport carries a real risk of injury. Every participant must complete and sign our liability waiver before taking part. For a participant under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign.
- You must follow the instructions of our staff, marshals and coaches at all times and wear the protective equipment the activity requires.
- Age, height, weight, licence and fitness requirements depend on the activity. Please tell us about any medical condition or injury that could affect safe participation.
- We may refuse or stop a participant's session for safety reasons, for example unsafe driving, ignoring instructions, being unwell, or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Weather, closures and events beyond our control
Sessions may be delayed, shortened, moved or cancelled because of weather, track conditions, safety, technical problems or other events outside our control. When that happens we offer you a new date, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We are not responsible for other costs you may have, such as travel.
Our responsibility
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Kuwaiti law.
- Subject to that, and to the waiver you sign, FP Motorsports is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings left at the venue.
- We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is free from errors.
Accounts
Accounts for members, coaches and staff are created by FP Motorsports after an application is approved. Keep your sign-in details private: you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.
Using the website
- Use the website lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, gain unauthorised access to it, copy it automatically, or send false or harmful content.
- The FP Motorsports name, logo, text, photographs and design belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
- Links to other websites, such as maps or social media, are for convenience. We are not responsible for those websites or how they use your information.
Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you send your request applies to that request. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Kuwait.
